When we talk about all-time winners, we can section the conversation off into so many different groups. All-time, all-time modern era, all-time road courses, All-time per decade. So lets just concentrate on the most recent decade for a second, Kyle Busch was the winningest driver in the Cup Series from 2010-2019 with 40 points paying Cup Series victories. Kevin Harvick sat just below Busch at 38 and Jimmie Johnson with 36.
