NASCAR finally drops the penalty for Bubba Wallace after his actions in Sunday's South Point 400.
Wallace will be suspended from this weekend's Dixie Vodka 400 at Homestead-Miami. The Penalty is in violation of Sections 4.3A, 4.4.C & E which pertains to NASCAR's Code of Conduct. Replacement driver for the 45 car at Homestead is TBD but look to John Hunter Nemechek or as a long shot, Brandon Jones. NASCAR's COO Steve O'Donnell will be on SeriusXM at 5:15 PM ET. One race suspension is for which violation? Deliberately crashing another driver at 150 miles an hour, assaulting another driver, or putting his hands on an official? If it’s for fighting, then it’s ok to putting his hands on an official and deliberately crashing another driver is ok? I think all three violations violate the integrity of the sport. NASCAR failed

Exactly! One race for all the violations! So that's for intentionally wrecking another driver at 150 mph.Putting his life in danger.then walking across the track and pushing the other driver and a official. Then walking to the pits without getting in the ambulance! All totally uncalled for. I guess now other drivers can do the same thing and it's just one race suspension. Ok.

Nascar failed......knowing there is safety issues with this car. BELL helped Larson dodge a bullet. WALLACE SHOULD OF BEEN SUSPENDED FOR 22 AND 2023.

This is BS. He broke alot of rules. Could have killed someone. NASCAR is letting him slide because of race.

Tom Luttermoser"Being a NASCAR fan since the mid-90s, I've seen my sport go through immense changes, from Earnhardt to Gordon, Gordon to Johnson, Johnson to the "Big 3". Petty's 200 to Busch's 229*. I've seen 2 generations of racers and 4 generations of racecars. I've seen the peak of the sport, I've seen the loss of a legend. I can, in fact say.. This is the greatest time our sport has seen since its golden era and it will do nothing but grow from here. We talk about the Golden Era, The Modern Era. I think, We're entering the NEXT GEN Era."
