Justin Haley signs a multi-year deal to race for Rick Ware Racing starting in 2024 where he will become the team's first true full-time driver. Justin Haley has run for Kaulig Racing since going full-time Xfinity racing in 2019. Haley scored all 4 of his Xfinity Series wins with the team and also has a win in Cup during his rookie Xfinity season at Daytona racing for Spire Motorsports. But it appears that he needs a change of scenery, and a multi-year deal with Rick Ware Racing will do just that.
RWR partnered with the rebuilding of Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing for 2023 and has already begun to see some improvements in their performances. The car number and sponsors for Justin will be announced at a later date. "This is a unique opportunity that I look forward to. There are many key pieces of this program I believe can help me in taking the next steps in my NASCAR career. I look forward to working with our key partners , and many additional RWR partners to be announced soon. The alliance with RFK Racing is going to be pivotal for the future of our on-track success." -Justin said about the move. Rick Ware stated, "Having someone with Justin's talent and background become part of our future is a testament to our commitment to growth over the past few years." Justin Haley has been a key piece of the Kaulig Racing team since he joined the team in 2019, no word as of yet on replacement, but a source leads me to an active Xfinity Series winner.

Tom Luttermoser"Being a NASCAR fan since the mid-90s, I've seen my sport go through immense changes, from Earnhardt to Gordon, Gordon to Johnson, Johnson to the "Big 3". Petty's 200 to Busch's 229*. I've seen 2 generations of racers and 4 generations of racecars. I've seen the peak of the sport, I've seen the loss of a legend. I can, in fact say.. This is the greatest time our sport has seen since its golden era and it will do nothing but grow from here. We talk about the Golden Era, The Modern Era. I think, We're entering the NEXT GEN Era."
